BL&D Plant Hire & Sales was approached by RAZEL-BEC with a unique request to lease a Super Long Reach Excavator with the digging depth of 17.5 meters. This machine is assisting with the earthworks/excavation on the river bed so the Cougher Dam can be constructed below the Kariba Dam Wall. Once the Cougher Dam is constructed RAZEL-BEC can drain the plunge pool dry to ensure vital repairs are made so the dam wall does not collapse.
